API keys
Create an API key from the developer console in your account dashboard. Keys use Bearer token authentication: pass your key in the Authorization header as Bearer YOUR_API_KEY. Keys can be revoked at any time from the console.
Quickstart
1. Sign up at imgmov.com/signup and generate an API key from the developer console.
2. Make your first image generation request:
curl -X POST https://api.imgmov.com/api/v1/generate \
-H "Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY" \
-H "Content-Type: application/json" \
-d '{"prompt":"a futuristic city at sunset","modelId":"agnes-image-2.5-flash"}'
3. Poll the task status endpoint or listen for a webhook callback to receive the result URL.
Endpoints
POST /api/v1/generate- Create an image or video generation task.GET /api/v1/tasks/:taskId- Get task status and result.GET /api/v1/tasks/:taskId/stream- Server-sent events stream for real-time progress.POST /api/v1/agent/create- Create an autonomous story agent task.GET /api/v1/agent/tasks/:taskId- Get agent task status.POST /api/v1/webhooks- Update the webhook URL for your API key.
Sandbox
The sandbox environment lets you test API calls without consuming paid credits. Agnes Image 2.5 and Agnes Video 2.5 Flash are available as guest-trial models with watermarked, non-commercial previews. Use the sandbox to validate your integration before scaling to batch production. Rate limits apply to the free tier.
CLI tool
Install the official imgmov CLI from npm: npm install -g imgmov-cli. Then run imgmov generate --prompt "your prompt" --model agnes-image-2.5-flash to generate from the command line. See the CLI repository for full command reference.
Webhooks
Register a webhook URL via POST /api/v1/webhooks. When a generation task completes, imgmov sends a POST request to your URL with the task result JSON. Webhook deliveries are retried with exponential backoff and logged for debugging in the developer console.
